OUR POLICY

Refunds are for faulty items only.

Returns are available for full priced items only. Store credit will be issued.

No returns for items purchased on sale/discounted price, these sales are final. Note – this excludes the 10% sign up discount. You can still return on this.

Due to health & hygiene reasons we cannot allow returns on bottoms or bodysuits for any reason so please check the size guide carefully and contact info@claudiathelabel.com if you are still having trouble with which size to choose.

 

WRONG SIZE | BRALETTES & UNDERWIRE BRAS ONLY

We all know how hard bra shopping can be, so CLAUDIA is happy for you to return an item for store credit if it doesn't fit properly; provided you follow the returns requirements outlined below.

It is strongly recommended that you try on your new items after a shower to avoid disappointment in returning if it is the wrong size. Please read returns requirements section and returns process carefully.

Shipping costs to return the item to CLAUDIA are covered by the customer and are non-refundable, so please take this into consideration when purchasing and use the size guide.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Email info@claudiathelabel.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a returns form (to reduce our paper usage we don’t include them in packages). 

2. Please include your order number as the subject line when requesting the returns forms. The order number was emailed to you when you placed your order. Please also provide the style, size, reason for return and confirmation that the garment is in original condition if not faulty.

3. Complete the returns form and send it along with your item/s in the cotton bag and package the item in the original mailing satchel (dual strip adhesive!) to the address provided on the returns form within 10 days of the delivery date if in Australia and 15 days internationally.

It is recommended that you use a postal service with tracking as we are unable to process a return for a lost package.

Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift e-card which can be used storewide.

 

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Items must be posted to the returns address within 10 days of the delivery date within Australia & 15 days internationally, or we reserve the right to refuse them and return to sender.

Returns may take up to 10 working days to be processed.

Returned items must arrive back in original condition, with original packaging (cotton bags) and tags.

The garment must be unworn and unwashed. We are unable to accept any returns on soiled or unclean garments for hygienic purposes. There must be no sign of wear or perfume, makeup etc.

Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you use a postal method with tracking when returning items to avoid disappointment.  

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed as faulty.

We are unable to refund any duties or taxes and recommend that you contact your local customs office if you wish to claim back taxes and duties on returned orders.

Returns will not be accepted if the returns process has not been followed.

We reserve the right to return to sender any packages that do meet the requirements for returns.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in a faulty condition, please contact CLAUDIA within five days of delivery to arrange the item being sent back for review. Please provide your order number and an image of the fault in your email. If the garment is deemed to be faulty a full refund can be processed. The returned garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags attached. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
